Recent Project Highlight – Linfield Renovation

We recently completed a major seven-week project in Linfield, transforming both the interior and exterior of a five-bedroom home to prepare it for sale. The scope included far more than painting—it was a complete restoration to bring the property back to life and boost its resale value.

Exterior Work

• Full pressure wash of the roof and walls

• Extensive repairs: timber rot in decking and fence, vine removal, patching and rendering

• Decking restoration: sanding back and refinishing with a durable exterior oil-based coating

• Two coats applied to all external surfaces including eaves, walls, beams, and garage frontage

Interior Work

• Comprehensive preparation: treating bleed-through, repairing peeling paint, and restoring ceilings, walls, and skirting

• Detailed patchwork and repairs prior to painting

• Two fresh coats throughout to deliver a clean, modern finish

Results
In total, this project was valued at $27,000 (including paint and materials).
