Interior House Painting

In the main common areas of the house, extensive ceiling repairs were required, along with significant prep work throughout the 5-bedroom home. Half of the house featured high ceilings, reaching up to 5 metres, which were patched, primer-sealed, and painted. All walls were patched to fix imperfections before being painted. Many walls needed to be whitewashed to prepare for the base coat. Every architrave, trim, skirting, and door was coated in 'Snowy Mountains Half Quarter Strength.'

The entire project was completed within a few weeks.

Cabothane Clear Polyurethane Restoration

The recoating process for the Cabothane Clear Polyurethane involved thoroughly preparing the entire floor surface. This was done by sanding or scuffing it with 120-grit sandpaper to create proper adhesion for the new coatings. Once prepared, the surface was meticulously cleaned, ensuring it was dust-free and mopped several times before applying the polyurethane. We applied two coats in total, with one coat applied per day. The entire process took approximately two and a half days to complete.

Pressure Cleaning the Roof Tiles

Our mission was to pressure clean the roof, removing 20 years' worth of moss and plankton buildup. We applied a mold and moss-killing agent and Bleach beforehand, which made it significantly easier to clean the roof effectively.

Exterior Decking Restoration & Painting

Much of the decking around the property was in poor condition, with some areas showing signs of decay. Many of the structural joists were weakened and required reinforcement, while about half of the decking timbers needed to be replaced and painted. Additionally, the stairs leading down to the pool area had to be fully replaced. The entire process took approximately two and a half weeks to complete.

Exterior Restoration & Painting

Overall, the conditions for the exterior painting were fairly decent. The only areas requiring treatment for wood rot were those less exposed to sunlight, where water accumulation and dampness had caused decay.We painted the eaves, windows, doors, and exterior walls. All surfaces in the color "Dune" were recoated, as were those in the color "China White."
